John M Green

Independent, Non-Executive Director

John M Green joined the Board as a non-executive director of CSCRC in December 2017. He is also Deputy Chairman of international insurance company, QBE Insurance Group, and is a non-executive director of Challenger Limited. Previously he was on the board of global engineering services group, WorleyParsons.

Mr Green has 30 years’ executive experience where he was an investment banker, as an Executive Director at Macquarie Group, and earlier a partner in two major law firms.

He is also a novelist, with two of his books being cyber-thrillers. Mr Green is co-founder of independent book publisher Pantera Press.
